1. Services

Brovasta Brows provides permanent makeup (PMU) and beauty services including but not limited to: Brovasta Pixel Shading™ (Powder Brows), lip blush, nano brows, lash line enhancement, brow lamination, brow shaping, lash lift, and professional PMU education.

2. Appointments & Booking

All appointments are booked through our online scheduling system (Square). By booking an appointment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and health information
  • Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
  • Follow pre-procedure and post-procedure care instructions

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a required deposit for future bookings.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available through Square.

5. Touch-Up Policy

PMU services include a complimentary touch-up session within 4-8 weeks of the initial procedure. Touch-ups scheduled outside this window will be charged at the regular touch-up rate.

6. Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority. All procedures are performed in a licensed facility in compliance with Florida Department of Health regulations. You must:

  • Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications
  • Sign a consent form prior to any PMU procedure
  • Be at least 18 years of age for permanent makeup services
  • Not be pregnant or nursing when receiving PMU services

7. Results & Expectations

Results vary by individual based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. While we strive for the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee specific results. Photos on our website and social media represent actual client results but individual outcomes may differ.

8. Liability

Brovasta Brows is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose medical information, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or procedures performed by other providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and the Brovasta Pixel Shading™ name and technique, is the property of Brovasta Brows and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
